By
clicking on the symbol in the feature properties, a new decision can be
created.
Decisions do not require the feature to have rules.
Decision, always executed
Settings for a decision
Property |
Description |
Always allowed |
If the switch is set, the decision is allowed and is executed during the rule check, unless a prohibition rule prevents execution. If the switch is not set, a permission rule must be used to determine the circumstances under which the decision is executed. |
Index |
If the feature to be controlled is a feature list, it must be specified which index of the list the decision is responsible for. The smallest index is zero (0). |
A
permission rule can be created by clicking on it. A permission rule determines
the conditions under which the decision is executed. A permission rule is only
useful if the Always Allowed switch is switched off.
A
prohibition rule can be created by clicking on it. A prohibition rule determines
the conditions under which decision is not executed.
By selecting the Apply action, a value can be transferred to the decision.
Selecting multiple values builds up a list of entries that are processed in the decision.
Each entry has a rule that determines when the value should be assigned to the feature.
The decision is checked from top to bottom during the rule check. On a hit, the value of the expression of the decision line is assigned to the feature or the specified index of the feature and the processing of the decision is terminated.
If no matching rule is found, the decision has no further effect.
