SinH

The SinH function calculates the hyperbolic sine of the specified value. The angle to calculate must be specified in radians.

Note

Hyperbolic sine and hyperbolic cosine are mathematical functions, also called sinus hyperbolicus or cosinus hyperbolicus; as functions they carry the symbols $sinh$ and $cosh$ . The hyperbolics of the cosine describes, among other things, the course of a rope suspended at two points. Its graph is therefore also called catenoid (chain line).
