The ShadeColor property stores the color of the window shadow.
This property is only considered with ShadeVisible = TRUE.
Colors are stored in hex code in GBR mode. Leading zeros are deleted from the color code display (for example, the encoding &HFF stands for red, which results from the value &H0000FF).
